Build the operational capacity and proficiency of a client's strategically-important nonprofit partners
Provide philanthropic planning support and strategy development
Conduct or coordinate due diligence of prospective grantees
Conduct or coordinate evaluation of existing grantees
Serving as a technical assistance liaison to grantees; representing the interests of the funder

EVALUATION: I can work with a client's grantees to identify meaningful indicators of impact (not just process measures), and ensure regular reporting back to client

GRANT PROCESS MANAGEMENT: I can design an efficient application process and guidelines for competitive grant-making (to complement any proactive giving to priority organizations), and market the opportunity to appropriate nonprofits

INNOVATION: I can explore partnerships that would enable a client to pursue Program-Related Investments (loaned capital to nonprofit organizations at below-market rates)

RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT: I can help manage prospective and active grantee relationships for a client; handling inquiries and questions (as needed)

TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE: I can offer ongoing technical assistance to a client's grantees as needed (including program design/evaluation, operations, resource development, and governance)
